The Superintendent’s Higher Heights Award is presented during the monthly Hempstead ISD Board of Trustees meetings to selected people or groups who have made a significant difference or contribution to Hempstead ISD. The award is available to employees, community members, businesses, volunteers, students, etc.
Nominations may be submitted anonymously, by groups, or by an individual. Yesterday was the HECC field day! The first time having it inside the school. There were races, bubbles, mini golf, and a tug-a-war battle in the hallway. It was a marvelous day! ¡Ayer fue el día de campo del HECC! La primera vez que lo celebramos dentro de la escuela. Hubo carreras, burbujas, minigolf y un juego de tira y afloja en el pasillo. ¡Fue un día maravilloso!
