The Hempstead Middle School Band recently performed at the UIL Concert and Sight-Reading contest and walked away with noteworthy ratings.
During the UIL Concert evaluation, the band received an Excellent Rating of Division 2, and for the UIL Sight Reading portion, the band received a Superior Rating of Division I.
