Hempstead ISD Athletics is hosting an extracurricular activity physicals event from 2:30 to 6 p.m. on May 12 and from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. on May 21. The cost is $20 on May 12 and $25 on May 21. All middle school and high school athletes must have a current physical to participate in any athletic program. This includes participants in band, cheer, color guard, and drill team. The 2025-2026 season starts here!
