Hempstead ISD Athletics is hosting a Sports Physicals event for all students, in Grades 7-12, wishing to participate in athletics during the 2022-2023 school year. The event will be held from NOON to 4 p.m. on Friday, July 29, in the small gym (back entrance) at Hempstead High School, 801 Donoho St. The cost is $20 per student.
Each student is required to have a complete Physical Form and Acknowledgement of Rules Form. The forms will be available at the event.
