8:00 am load Truck

8:30 pm load Buses/ get lunch to take on bus          

8:45 am Depart for Robinson

11:00 pm Arrive at Robinson HS Stadium (700 W Tate St Robinson Ave Robinson TX)

12:40 pm enter Warm UP area

1:10 pm Leave Warm up Area-

1:25 pm Enter the Field

1:30 pm Perform

4:30 pm Dinner at Stadium
5:45 pm Drum Major Retreat/Announcement of Finals

6:30 pm Depart for Hempstead if not in Finals

8:30 pm Arrive Hempstead if not in Finals

7:30 pm Finals Start

10:45 pm Drum Major Retreat/Announcement of Finals

11:30 pm Depart for Hempstead at the latest

1:30 am arrive Hempstead

8:15 am MS Monitors Meeting

8:30 am Judges Meeting & Students check in

9:00 am MS Auditions Begin

MS Band Depart After MS Auditions

High School Band (NO Guard or Helpers) (Bus 2)

8:30 am Uniform Issue

9:00 am Seated in uniform (no Hats) instruments Out ready to play

9:15 am load Bus (All instruments on Bus)

9:20 am arrive Courthouse

9:45 am Pre music at Courthouse Opening

10:00 am Opening Ceremony Starts

10:10 am Anthem

10:15 am Depart Courthouse

10:25 am arrive Band Hall

11:00 am Region tryout Students only seated with instruments, No Uniforms and Your Region Band Music with You

11:30 am Depart for Sealy

12:00 pm Arrive Sealy (lunch at Sealy)

5:00 pm or before depart for Hempstead (Bus 2 and truck & trailer)

5:40 pm Arrive at Hempstead

You must be in School Dress code. The Judges will not see you. You may bring money for concession stand
