3:50 pm load Truck and trailer

4:15 pm Get Dinner

4:45 Load buses

5:00 pm Depart for Wharton HS

6:15 pm Arrive

7:00 pm Football Game

10:00 pm Depart Wharton

12:00 am Arrive Hempstead

Sep 24 Homecoming Parade

4:00 pm Seated in band T shirt, Band Short, Band shoes and long Black Socks with    instruments out

4:45 pm Depart for front of School

5:00 pm Line up in front of High School

6:00 pm Parade Start

 Short Pep Rally after Parade

Sep 25 Homecoming Pep Rally

2:00 pm Early Release for Pep Riley

2:05 pm Seated with instrument Band T Shirt jeans (with no holes)

2:15 pm Depart for Gym

7:00 am Practice Show in Parking lot in band shoes, long black shocks band shorts and t-shirt instruments ready to play         

7:15 am eat Breakfast, Issue Uniform and load Truck

7:45 am load Bus           

8:00am depart for Brenham

8:30 am Arrive at Brenham HS Stadium

9:15 am enter Warm UP area

10:45 am Leave Warm up Area

10:00 am 1st Perform

11:00 am depart for lunch

11:30 pm Lunch

1:00 pm depart for Stadium

1:30 pm Watch Band

4:30 pm Awards for Outstanding and Announcement of Band in Finals

6:30pm Finals Performances start
